24-hour value guarantee for downloads
If a Printable PDF or Digital + PDF download purchase does not give you the value you expected, contact matt@craez.com within 24 hours of purchase to request a full refund. Include your order number or the email used at checkout so we can find your purchase. This guarantee applies to download-only purchases.

Printed decks
Printed decks and bundles containing a shipped printed deck are not covered by the 24-hour digital guarantee and are not returnable for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact matt@craez.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
